Surgical challenges in unusual fibroids - a case series

Uterine leiomyoma are benign monoclonal tumours arising from smooth muscle tissue. There different types of fibroids depending on the location fibroid. various operative challenges in long standing huge abnormal location. Surgical difficulties associated with these cases due to poor access field, distorted anatomy, difficulty suturing repairs, increased blood loss. It is an art and skill surgically remove difficult do hysterectomies. Here we present case series 7 cases, have described variety fibroid at ages, presentations, precautions also surgical steps overcome them successfully. Case 1- cervical fibroid, 2- submucosal polyp, 3- Bulky uterus fundal during vaginal hysterectomy, 4- broad ligament 5- multiple fibroids, 6- subserosal caesarean section, 7- giant Different tackled ways. So, mapping by imaging studies ureteric stenting preoperatively whenever needed, helps prevent untoward injuries. Following principles surgery any leads successful management injuries urinary tract avoiding intra
